When will my order Ship?
Please check the announcement bar above for any updates to processing times. Generally, processing takes 24-72 hours.
How long does shipping take?
The time shipping takes depends on the type of shipping chosen. This can range from 2 days to 10 days, depending on the courier.
Note: I try to chose the best shipping (2 days) for the customer, if it is available.

What is your Exchange Policy?
Don't like your item? Maybe you don't like the scent? We will exchange it for you!
Exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

When will I receive my Refund?
For returns due to reasons other than damage or defects, upon receiving your item in its original state, we'll process the refund. If your merchandise is damaged, we'll refund upon receiving and verifying pictures of the item.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
